I joined Lillian’s nutrition program twice, one for my wedding and one after I gave birth to 2 children, in both programs Lillian successfully helped me lose 6kg in 2 months. Lillian is kind and patient and able to give me good nutrition advice. It’s so amazing to be able to lose weight without the need to go on diet or exercise! Would definitely recommend it to others.
